Please email us at info@tannazalizadeh.com with your reason for return along with your name, address, phone number, and order number. We will process the request within 24-48 hours and provide you with return details. 

We do not cover the cost of any return shipment and it is your responsibility to make sure that all items return safely. You can insure the items when shipping and use a tracked and signed service to avoid any issues.

Once the item has been received and checked, we will refund you into your original payment method within 7 days, given that the jewellery is in its original condition.
